2. Make a decision! That’s right, YOU have to make a decision about whether you’re going to do something about your health. See? Easy, huh?
3. Find your Thing! What is it that works for you? If you’re not sure, go try things. Something will click for you, something that keeps you coming back for more. For me, that something is CrossFit, what is it for you???
4. DO IT!!! Yeah, get off your ass and go be active! Nobody is going to do it for you!
