If you’re like me and you think that bacon makes everything better, then you’re gonna love this! It’s super easy and goes great on everything. I’ve put it on seared scallops, roasted game meats, poached eggs, and filet mignon. Hell, I bet it would even be good on toast! Give it a shot, it just might change your life…
What You’ll Need:
½ lb bacon
2 T apple cider vinegar
3 T honey
Chop the onion fine and set aside.
Par cook the bacon in a saute pan, just until it starts to firm up.
Chop the bacon into small pieces.
Drain all but a few tablespoons of the bacon fat out of the saute pan.
Add the onion and saute until it starts to caramelize.
Add the bacon and saute for a couple of minutes.
Add the vinegar and honey and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
