If you're like me and you think that bacon makes everything better, then you're gonna love this! It's super easy and goes great on everything. I've put it on seared scallops, roasted game meats, poached eggs, and filet mignon. Hell, I bet it would even be good on toast! Give it a … [Read more...]

About Me

I’m a 40-something year old new mom who happens to be somewhat addicted to working out and imperfectly “eating healthy”. This is my safe place to share my journey…and give you a little insight into what goes on inside this mostly-sane brain.

Not enough scoop on me? Well, I love the ocean, sushi, chocolate cake and wine (not necessarily in that order or all together). I partake in the occasional cigar with my handsome, loving, and opinionated husband. We had a pretty awesome baby boy named Samuel Liberty, aka Sammy on October 12, 2012 and are enjoying the crazy, challenging, incredible journey of life with a new little being in our house!
