We found this bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon at Trader Joe’s for under $10…a 2007 Paso Robles wine produced by the Familia Nueva and called Liberte’. Right, we hadn’t heard of them either, but the price was right, the label was super cool, and the wine was pretty good! Let it breathe for a minute or two and you’ll get some jammy fruit, some earth and some rich leather, really nice overall. We liked it! We’ll buy it again…and you should definitely give it a try.
