46 West Block Party with Q104.5

July 6, 2010 matt 4 Comments

We were honored to attend the 46 West Block Party with local radio personality, Adam Montiel of Q104.5, up and Adam in the morning.  The party was held at Doce Robles Winery, which has a really beautiful site.  There were 16 different wineries pouring at the event, all from the 46 West strip….they had tons of food and live music.  They definitely had all the ingredients for a good party, and we had fun!   Great way to ring in the 4th of July long weekend!

Bonus video…DANCING!!!!

The only issue we found was that the parking situation filled up before the party even started so we (along with tons of other people) had to go down the road to Eagle Castle and wait for the shuttle bus to haul us back.

Looks like fun. My hubby and I were there when we stayed at the Apple Farm in SLO they had a package deal/road trip to 3 wineries (Norman, Dolce and I don’t remember the last one it was a long drive from there towards Paso Robles/6th Street I believe), Lavendar Farm, and Olive Oil tasting, we had a great time and want to do it again. Keep up the good work, we love it!

Wow, Bev, that sounds like a cool tour! Apple Farm is a neat place…very unique. We’ll be doing some olive oil tasting someday soon!
