Today’s post is about a weekend wine adventure we are going on after work today. We will be heading down to Solvang and Los Olivos to blog about many wineries, some restaurants, and the hotel we’re staying in.
So the question is…do you give yourself enough adventures?? Oh crap, what in the hell does that mean? Well, life is not about living to work…it’s about living to live…did you hear that? It’s about LIVING to LIVE!! Life is short…we have one chance and our new life is all about making every moment smile worthy, regardless of where you are or what you’re doing.
So, back to the question, do you give yourself enough adventures? Do you take enough time to remember to smile and laugh? What are some of your best “adventures”? What would you most perfect “adventure” be?? Come on folks…we dare you, open up and let it out!!

Wine country is always a great adventure! No shortage of tasting rooms in Los Olivos! I’ll be looking forward to some videos from this trip. BTW, Lunch at Root 246 in Solvang’s Corque Hotel is a great idea.

We love Solvang and Los Olivos, we stayed at Fess Parker’s B&B in Los Olivos and loved the Lavendar Farm there too, but we never went to his winery, we just stayed in the little town and walked to the tasting rooms, so next time we get up there we will check out the wineries. Enjoy.
We’re going to Solvang today, too! But ours is only a day trip (to Lompoc, as well), and we may not hit ANY wineries or restaurants (bummer). But we’ll share any discoveries, if we make them, and look forward to hearing about yours.
