As you may know, we were at the 2011 Crush and Roll West Event here in Paso Robles. This was the 3rd year that they’ve put the event on, and it’s a unique and very fun time! The Saturday part of the event includes wine tasting, cigar smoking, food, beer, music, and a bunch of cool people. After all, how many events do you go to where you get to chat up a cigar manufacturer while sipping on some great wine and listening to music, designed to pair with the cigar “lifestyle”?
The Cork Dorks
While wandering through the event, we ran into Jeremy West of the “Cork Dorks” wine show, here on our favorite local radio station. The Dorks spend an afternoon at a local winery each week and bring you all the scoop about their production, growing, varieties, etc. and broadcast their show each week. Now, that might sound sort of similar to what we do, but their show is different, after all, we don’t do radio, and they bring their hilarious personalities that don’t fall short on the entertainment factor.
We look forward to the 2012 Crush and Roll Event, and hope to see you there. Now, check out the video…and let us know if you think Jeremy went too far….
