Howdy folks. So, in this audio blog post (hesitating to call it a podcast as of yet), we talk with Losh (Loshel) from 15C Wine Shop in Templeton, CA. Let’s call it a round table talk where Annie and I have a friendly conversation with Losh and his wife, Lisa, about the upcoming holidays, food, wine, and cocktails.
I want to preface this with the fact that this was our first time trying the audio thing “on the road” so to speak. We are still fine tuning the microphone thing so volume levels are a bit up and down but you get the general idea. Our whole goal with doing an audio blog is having it be “portable”. Easy to move from our house to a winery or in this case, Barrelhouse Brewing.
We’re basically doing it the cheap was right now, simply plugging a decent microphone into an iPhone and recording via Soundcloud. Anyways…enough of that. Check it out and let us know in the comments below what your favorite holiday wine and food pairing is. Cheers!
