Hey look, another late blog post. So it goes. On Mother’s Day this year we (Annie, Sammy, and I) decided to meet Annie’s mom along with Annie’s brother and his wife (and their two kids) at Baileyana for some wine, a picnic of sorts, and of course…good times.
It’s a great spot in the middle for us all to meet since we’re spread out from Paso Robles to Santa Maria. I didn’t actually taste through their wine menu but I did end up trying a few of their wines from the bottles we purchased for the day. Normally I wouldn’t write about a winery unless we did a full tasting but the wines we had were nice and I had an additional thought…Baileyana is a beautiful spot that’s great for meeting up with people.
They have a large outdoor area with a bunch of tables and chairs along with two bocce ball courts. You can even bring your own chairs or blankets and make a spot in the lawn. You can see some photos from our day there in the slideshow below. That’s all I’ve got for you…just a reminder that there are a ton of wineries out there and this is one we don’t get to very much but I think you’ll enjoy your visit.
Cheers!
