Wine Wednesdays have come back to downtown Paso Robles thanks to Pappy McGregor’s (formerly known as The Kilt). Back in the day Wine Wednesday was owned (by owned I just mean that they nailed it) by a joint called Vinoteca. That place was packed every Wednesday night to taste the wines from a winemaker or owner of a certain local winery. Such good times and awesome memories.
Well, Pappy’s brought it back. They had their first one last week featuring Joe Barton of Barton Family Wines and tomorrow they’ll do it again with Tyler Russell from Cordant and Nelle wineries. Tyler’s a unique character on the Paso wine scene and makes incredible wines. Be sure to check him out at Pappy’s on Wednesday, May 16th on the back patio from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
As their Wine Wednesday flyer says, “Meet your favorite local winemakers (and brewers and distillers!) and partake in Executive Chef Martin Beckett’s delicious menu.”
So, grab some friends and head downtown to celebrate Hump Day the best way we know how…with wine and food. Check out the rest of their Wine Wednesday schedule below.
