The other day I reported to you that I finally felt Little Browne move but jumping jelly beans Batman, last night was crazy. Annie stretched her shirt tight over her belly and told me to look and I SAW her stomach move. Being the clever guy I am I thought she might have had bad gas…after putting my hand on her belly I quickly realized it was LB and man, he was putting on a show for some reason.
I felt him a good 8 to 10 times and to be completely honest, at first it was creepy weird but intensely exciting all at the same time. We tried to imagine what he was doing in there…trying to get comfortable, learning what his arms and legs are for, trying to make a jail break, or jazzercise…who knows!
There were two types of movement that I felt, one is that kind of rubbing movement like running your hand across your arm and the other is the jab type of movement. Supposedly he is something like 8 to 12 inches long and about one pound…again I say crazy weird.
So there you have it…this adventure continues and although I am scared out of my gourd and bombastically excited all at the same time I am trying to be calm and just enjoy the journey. Being able to put our thoughts down here on this blog and over on the Little Browne Facebook page really pushes us to keep telling the story as it unfolds and in the end the hope is that this site becomes this amazing “photo album” for us to look back on and for Little Browne to laugh at…or get ticked off, whichever he prefers.

The first time I felt the baby move I thought it was like butterflies in my stomach. I did not realize until the next day, that the baby move was moving. I have video of my belly undulating as I got bigger. I kept on saying to myself, this is like science fiction almost alien like. Great to read things are going well.
@lucilla feliciano Annie didn’t really understand at first either…did I feel him or not kind of thing. But now it’s unmistakable. It’s an out of this world journey for sure…close encounters with baby aliens. LOL
@MatthewLiberty Raul did not like it much when I would say that. But at the final stages, it really did feel like the scene in alien when the little alien comes out of the guys stomach. The baby would stretch and become active right when I was ready to go to sleep, so I would stay up longer than I wanted to. And sure enough, our daughter is a night owl. She will twiddle her thumbs, play with the dog, and basically fight with herself to sleep. Thanks again for taking us down memory lane.
