…there was my first blog post; and I am more than positive this will leave a lot to be desired but hey, we all need to start somewhere. A quick back story on why I am doing this now, I own three small businesses (and co-own a 4th with my wife) in our local area; they are very different from one another which has led me to much research and in the trenches experience in regards to: organization, marketing (from phonebooks to mailers to social media), in person networking, research, and general life management. It is my belief that this blog (along with other bloggers; and things like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook) is an amazing way to be instant in how we learn and how we teach.
The thrill of the journey, the art of networking, the excitement of the chase…keep me motivated and constantly pushing forward. EVERYDAY is THE day, to make IT happen; whatever your IT is. It is our own destiny to control, but with the advent of blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and so on; we are able to surround ourselves with the support of 100’s, 1000’s, and 100,000’s of people going through the same thing we are, or that reached the place we want to be. How fantastic is that? Okay, I just got re-energized, so I’m going to go do something productive right now and I suggest you do the same.
