I don’t understand why politics and bias are allowed to cloud the decision making process. Don’t get me wrong, I understand that human nature is what it is but when people are in extreme positions of power the politics and bias need to be set aside.
One example would be that person that is a Democrat or Republican, and they vote or make decisions based simply on it following the particular party guidelines. Fact: neither Democrats nor Republicans are right 100% of the time, so to vote or make decisions in this manner seems ridiculous and uneducated.
Another example, it’s beyond obvious that America (especially California) is facing huge debt, yet all these college educated adults can’t leave the politics alone and make smart decisions that equal less spending and more revenue.
Yet another example, how in the world is the United States Postal Service going broke? Hand this entity to a proven business owner and watch it flourish.
Common sense is dying, and left behind we have politics, uneducated bias, and fools that own the power.
