Okay, I totally cheated and bought a “tube” of Pumpkin Rolls<\/a> from Trader Joe’s the other day. I’m not a pumpkin fanatic, but they sounded so festive and delicious that I couldn’t resist. As I was cooking the bacon I had also bought, I thought to myself “what if we put the bacon IN the pumpkin rolls???”. I felt pretty brilliant, and wanted to share that brilliance with you so you could wow all your friends and family with your new-found wonderfulness. You’re welcome. <\/p>\n

Here’s what you’ll need:<\/h4>\n

– Tube of connamon rolls. You don’t have to use pumpkin, this would work with any sweet rolls.<\/p>\n

– Package of bacon (or 2 pieces of bacon per roll).<\/p>\n

Cook the bacon just until it’s kind of wilted. Let cool on paper towels to drain off any excess fat. If you’re like me, save the fat in a ramekin and keep it by your stove for bacon joy another day. I cook anything from eggs to brussels sprouts to pork chops in my rendered bacon fat. Anyhoo, when the bacon is cool enough to handle, pop open the rolls and carefully unroll one. Lay the bacon strips on the unrolled roll and then carefully roll it back up! Repeat. Bake them according to the directions and then enjoy the amazingness.
