Ranchero Cellars Release Party at 15C

February 4, 2016 matt Leave a Comment

We headed down to 15C Wine Shop & Bar to see our friend Amy who was releasing three new wines under her label, Ranchero Cellars. It really turned into a fun night. The place was packed with many familiar faces, the food was great as usual, and Amy’s wines…awesome.

What we ate:

Cheese & Meat Plate (choice of 3,5, or 7) $16.00/ $22.00/ $28.00

Chicken Pesto Panini – Mary’s Honestly Raised chicken, house-made pesto, provolone cheese, and heirloom tomatoes $12.00

Amy’s new releases we tasted:

2014 Viognier $30.00 per bottle

2013 Carignan $32.00 per bottle

2011 Revolver (50% Carignan 50% Syrah) $40.00 per bottle

We really enjoyed each wine but my favorites were the Viognier and Carignan. Amy continues to do an amazing job. So glad to have her as a friend and super stoked to be wine club members. Thanks to Amy, the staff at 15C (Losh, you rock), and the friends we saw (and Lisa for coming with us)…great night.
