We got to chat with him about a couple topics that we know pretty well, social media\u2026and Gary Vaynerchuk (@garyvee on Twitter).<\/p>\n<h3>Social Media and the Wine Market<\/h3>\n<p>Allen had some interesting comments about both social media and <a href=\"http:\/\/vaynermedia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gary V<\/a>, and we wanted to share them with you. It&#8217;s exciting to hear what somebody like Mr. Shoup has to say about the role that social media plays in where the wine market is moving these days. It makes us feel that much better about what we&#8217;re doing out here with all of you! We still are very appreciative of Allen and his willingness to sit and chat with us, we respect him immensely and hope to cross paths with him again
