Dancing Stallion, a small production winery out of San Miguel, has crafted up a great concoction in their 2006 Rapture Red Blend. \u00a0http:\/\/dancingstallion.com\/<\/a>. \u00a0This is a 37.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37.5% Malbec and 25% Petite Sirah, and it’s rich, dark and delicious! \u00a0You get the richness of the Cab Sauv, with the earthiness of the Malbec, along with some deep, dark fruit from the Petite Sirah. \u00a0These are some of our favorite varietals and they come together really well in this wine. \u00a0This isn’t your little sister’s glass of red wine…this is the big Daddy of reds! \u00a0Prepare yourself for a big ‘ole glass of deliciousness and grill up a steak to try and hold up.<\/p>\n
