We opened another bottle of Cleavage Creek…their Tracy Hills Secret Red. \u00a0http:\/\/www.cleavagecreek.com\/<\/a> It’s true to the name – Secret. \u00a0We had a few theories on what was in the blend, but the overall consensus was that it was a relatively light, smooth blend that did well with a little air time; that is, breathing. \u00a0When we first opened it it was a little tight, but an hour or so later it was really nice and smooth, with some tobacco, cherry, and chocolate and would go well with food. \u00a0A nice every day red, in fact.<\/p>\n

You might remember the Cleavage Creek story from some of our past blogs. \u00a0They’re a winery dedicated to giving 10% of their gross profits to cutting edge Breast Cancer research, in an effort to improve the quality and success of treatment. \u00a0Each bottle features a survivor and her story. \u00a0It’s a cause that we feel very strongly about and are excited to be able to do our part to get their name out there.<\/p>\n
