We opened another bottle from one of our favorite places: Cleavage Creek.\u00a0 They’re the ones that are huge supporters of Cutting Edge Breast Cancer research and donate 10% of their profits to further that research.\u00a0 It’s a awesome cause and we commend them for all their dedication and hard work!\u00a0 Here’s to all of you at Cleavage Creek!!!<\/p>\n
This time the wine was a 2007 Secret White.\u00a0 Yeah, secret.\u00a0 They don’t tell you what’s in it…but they do say that it’s a Paso Robles White Table Wine.\u00a0 Well, you know what that means, right?\u00a0 Yeah, that we have to obsess over what we think it is!\u00a0 We started off thinking that it might be a Viognier or Roussanne based on the floral nose.\u00a0 But when you taste it, that all changed!\u00a0 Sauvignon Blanc?\u00a0 Chardonnay?\u00a0 Blend of something?<\/p>\n
