Before I begin, let me just say that it’s Monday and I’m okay with that. People are always complaining about how much Mondays suck and I say, guess what? It’s one day closer to Friday than yesterday was so get happy, damnit! <\/p>\n

So, what\u2019s this full disclosure all about?<\/h3>\n

Well, I just wanted to be up front about some of the work I have been doing in case you see me promoting some things via my personal social media accounts or the Hoot n Annie social media accounts\u2026or this blog.<\/p>\n

Below is a list of work I am doing for some folks:<\/p>\n

must! charities Twitter<\/a> account: pro bono (These folks are awesome, a local North County charity teaming with some amazing partners. Check them out.)<\/p>\n

SIP (Central Coast Vineyard Team\/ SIP Certification): Twitter<\/a> and Google Plus<\/a> (These folks are dedicated to sustainability in farming, wine, and the workers\u2026epic work. Kris and Beth oversee and run this amazing program. I\u2019ve been doing stuff with them for quite some time.)<\/p>\n

Hunter Ranch Golf Course: Facebook<\/a> and Twitter<\/a> (I\u2019ve played golf here a few times but I\u2019ve been to the restaurant a hundred times. A truly beautiful place on the Central Coast. Go to eat, go to have a drink, go to golf\u2026one of Paso\u2019s great spots. Just recently started with them.)<\/p>\n

Broken Earth Winery: Facebook<\/a>, Twitter<\/a>, and Google Plus<\/a> (There is something about Chris and Ursula Cameron, I absolutely dig these two people. Their drive and dedication to their vision is impressive and they really seem to have a good group of people over there. Started with them a couple weeks back.)<\/p>\n

I have only wanted to work with people that I feel good about and so far I have been very lucky to be able to do that. The above people\/ groups\/ wineries\/ golf course are awesome in my book. I liked all of them prior to working with them and will continue to do so.<\/p>\n

This is to an article <\/a>about the lack of \u201cleadership\u201d in the California wine industry. (To be honest, I am sick and tired of this question\/ statement.)<\/p>\n

I have gotten quite tired of the questions or commentary about leadership in the California wine industry or the topic of millennials and wine\u2026who cares? Leadership rises to the top, it comes from a person or group of people doing something that steers an industry. You can\u2019t just make it happen or bestow that on someone\u2026it comes from doing not babbling about it. As for millennials and wine, they drink and they buy\u2026why do some in the wine industry go on and on about millennials?<\/p>\n

Maybe there\u2019s nothing else to write about?<\/p>\n
