Let’s just start this off by saying that J. Lohr has long been one of our favorite tasting rooms to stop in at.\u00a0 We first went there right after we started dating; about 4 years ago.\u00a0 We considered it our neighborhood bar, but don’t tell them that!\u00a0 They have a long list of wine to taste, everything from Chardonnays to Riesling to Petite Sirah.\u00a0 Hell, they even have non-alcoholic wine that they’ll let you taste (not sure why you’d want to, but it’s a free country).<\/p>\n
Working on the assumption that you’ve at least heard of J. Lohr wine, you know that they’re everywhere!\u00a0 You can find them at Vons or Costco or maybe even your local neighborhood wine bar, but they’re out there.\u00a0 It’s hard not to be when you make over 1 million cases!\u00a0 Even with such large production and distribution, the minute you walk into their tasting room in Paso Robles, you’ll feel comfortable and relaxed as you meander through their list of wines.\u00a0 You might even feel a little like Norm from Cheers…we did!<\/p>\n
