Cambria isn\u2019t exactly the \u201cbig city\u201d. It\u2019s allure is the small town, quaint village vibe. So you\u2019d think dining options would be few and far between but in actuality this place serves up some tasty choices. As you may or may not know, I am currently a \u2018Visit Cambria<\/a>\u2019 (#VisitCambria) ambassador and on our recent overnight (you can read about that here<\/a>) we went out and enjoyed some of what Cambria has to offer\u2026on a plate.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve been reading this blog at all over the last 5 years (yes, we\u2019ve been at this for that long) you\u2019ve noticed that we love Cambria. Annie and I used to go over there all the time prior to Sammy, now we take him over often, and we always try to take our out-of-town guests over to experience the uniqueness of Cambria. So we\u2019ve been to many of the restaurants in Cambria but here I will talk specifically about the most recent two.<\/p>\n

When we got to Cambria we decided to have lunch at the Main Street Grill<\/a>. We\u2019ve been there before and have always had good experiences. This time it was football Sunday<\/span> so we sat inside rather than out on the patio so we could watch some games. It\u2019s a super casual vibe with really good food (great BBQ) and a solid wine and beer list.<\/p>\n

We shared a bowl of clam chowder and a steak salad. Both were great and on a cool fall day in Cambria that clam chowder really hit the spot! One thing to remember about the Main Street Grill, it\u2019s cash only\u2026no cards. There is an ATM machine in the restaurant though so no worries.<\/p>\n

That night we headed down to Robin\u2019s Restaurant<\/a> for dinner. We had been there once before and enjoyed it so we went back. It\u2019s a quaint, eclectic little spot in the heart of Cambria. Here we shared a cheese and meat plate, calamari, and the pork and green sauce flatbread pizza. All were absolutely perfect. I have become a huge calamari fan so it\u2019s always fun trying it at different restaurants to see who has the best\u2026Robin\u2019s ranks right up there for me.<\/p>\n

I strongly recommend both Robin\u2019s<\/a> and the Main Street Grill<\/a> if you are ever in Cambria. As I mentioned above, there are so many great dining options. You can check out a more complete list here<\/a>. What are your favorite restaurants in Cambria?<\/p>\n\n\n
