Crafted without waste, the food served at The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar has been inspired by both respect for where food derives along with family traditions taught to both Maggie and Eric as children. This thoughtful approach can ensure guests that each bite savored has been prepared with care and enjoyment in mind.<\/p>\n
