Anyone that knows us knows that we end up at Pappy McGregor\u2019s<\/a> every once in a while. Who am I kidding, we\u2019re there at least once per week but more often than not, a couple of times per week. The people that work there are great, the customer service is always good, for it being a \u201cpub\u201d the food is really good, and it\u2019s Sammy friendly. For those that don\u2019t know, he\u2019s our three year old son.<\/p>\n

So the point of this post is to share that they have changed up their menu a little bit. They have added things like a tri-tip sandwich, a short rib jalapeno burger, along with a few other things. The only new item we\u2019ve tried at this point is their meatloaf dish which they call \u201cMa\u2019 the Meatloaf\u201d. The description is: maple bourbon glaze, whipped mashed potatoes, and bacon brussel sprouts.<\/p>\n

Annie and I shared it and we both loved it. I was never much of a meatloaf fan until I met Annie. She makes some damn good meatloaf. The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar<\/a> in downtown Paso has a great meatloaf dish as well. Anyways\u2026I guess this post ended up being all about meatloaf. Do you have a favorite meatloaf spot?<\/p>\n
