Tucked in a unique\u00a0valley of 50 acres outside Paso Robles, this organic farm (soon to be 100% biodynamic) owned by Bill &amp; Barbara Spencer has become legendary for its unique and flavorful \u201cspecialty\u201d vegetable varieties, which for years have been a favorite of the <strong>Thomas Hill Organics<\/strong> chefs.<\/p>\n<p>The dinner at <strong>Windrose<\/strong> will begin with a tour of the farm led by the Spencers, then culminate with a gourmet feast on their picturesque grounds.
