Kinero Cellars<\/a>, owner and winemaker Anthony Yount, recently had a new release wine party at 15C Wine Bar & Shop<\/a> in Templeton. It\u2019s always a lively spot to hang out and you are assured to see many folks from the wine industry. This night proved no different.<\/p>\n

We grabbed a couple of things off the menu, a cheese and meat plat along with a Cubano sandwich, to share and then\u2026it was time to taste the new wines. Here\u2019s what we tasted:<\/p>\n

2014 Talley Vineyard Chardonnay $45.00<\/p>\n

2014 \u201cAlice\u201d Grenache Blanc $28.00<\/p>\n

2014 James Berry Vineyard Roussanne $45.00<\/p>\n

2014 Bassetti Vineyard Grenache $48.00<\/p>\n

Anthony has continued his quality winemaking, that\u2019s for sure. My favorites of the evening were the Grenache Blanc and the Grenache.\u00a0 Annie also really enjoyed the Roussanne. It was actually pretty cool because Anthony and his wife stopped and chatted with us about the wines for a bit and then as it often does, we chatted parenthood as they have a little one at home.<\/p>\n

A really fun night as usual. Thanks to Ali, Losh, and the rest of the crew at 15C\u2026much appreciated. It was good to see Anthony again and go through the new line up. If you have not met Anthony or tasted his wines, you really need to make that happen. He\u2019s a really nice guy and clearly passionate about what he does. Continued success to him and congrats on parenthood.<\/p>\n\n\n
