We recently took our very first trip to Windrose Farm<\/a> in Paso Robles for the Heirloom Tomato Festival. Thanks to Lynette Sonne from Farmstead ED<\/a> for the invite\u2026it was magical. Truly, if you haven\u2019t been to Windrose Farm you must add it to your go-to list.<\/p>\n

It was a family-friendly event so we took Sammy with us and enjoyed roughly 40 different varieties of heirloom tomatoes. We also enjoyed one helluva burger, some wines from Ali of 15C Wine Shop in Templeton, and cruising around the farm to check out the operation. Sammy loved the open space, tomatoes, and of course, the tractors.<\/p>\n
