15 Degrees C<\/a> is a cool little wine joint in Templeton, a couple miles south of Paso Robles.\u00a0 It’s a wine shop and bar, but oh, so much more!\u00a0 One of those cool places that you walk in to and want to hang out a while…you know?\u00a0 Owned by Ali Rush Carscaden, who just happens to be a sommelier, 15c is well stocked with wines from all over the world, as well as wines from our own neighborhood.<\/p>\n

Not in the mood for wine, you say?\u00a0 Well, then grab a beer…or do a Sake flight, yeah, Sake!\u00a0 You can order your wine right off the list if you see something that catches your eye or ask for some advice from the knowledgeable staff.\u00a0 They’ll even recommend a plate of cheeses or fresh charcuterie to snack on while you sip.<\/p>\n

Just so you don’t get the wrong idea, this isn’t just a wine bar…remember, we said “shop” too???\u00a0 You can stop in to buy a bottle off the shelves upon shelves of wines.\u00a0 Organized by region, it’s easy to find yourself getting lost in the romance of the labels and descriptions.\u00a0 If you’re not quite sure what to choose, let them guide you through the selection to find the right bottle for you. Or browse around for cool jewelery, wine trinkets, or funky decor items.<\/p>\n

Great place to run in and buy a great bottle of wine, or sit at the bar and hang out a while!<\/p>\n
