This is one of those Paso Robles restaurants where we\u2019ve literally never had a bad bite of food. I can also report that we\u2019ve always had good service there.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>On this visit we sat at the bar (we tend to be drawn to bars) and shared a few dishes. Here\u2019s what we had and you can see photos in the slideshow below:<\/p>\n<p>Poached egg over white polenta and parmesan fonduta with shaved black truffles 17<\/p>\n<p>Beef carpaccio with black truffles (this was a special that night)<\/p>\n<p>Fettucine salsicia &#8211; Spinach fettucine with house made sausage, white wine and pecorino romano 23<\/p>\n<p>We had never ordered the poached egg dish or the fettucine salsicia before and we wanted to try new things. They were amazing. That said, there is a new menu coming out and the poached egg will be removed. We\u2019re glad we had it prior to the menu change but we\u2019re looking forward to seeing what\u2019s on the new menu.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, this is just a short blog post reminding people that if you haven\u2019t been\u2026go. If you have been but it\u2019s been a while\u2026go back.
