This one is in downtown Paso Robles across the street from Il Cortile Ristorante on 12<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;Street. The tasting room is a good size with plenty of seating but that\u2019s not the first thing I noticed. Star Wars pinball machine. Yep, and Sammy was with us and got to play it. Nothing like O.G. Star Wars stuff.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I also noticed the vinyl. You\u2019ll see in the photos below just how much vinyl. Jason clearly likes his record player. It\u2019s a pretty cool set-up, actually. They\u2019ve managed to turn their tasting room in to a spot where you want to hang out. Fun, funky, and inviting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s what we tasted:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spanish Castle Queen \u2013 2017 Edna Valley Albarino $27.00<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holocene \u2013 2017 Paso Robles Viognier $33.00<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pretty in Pink \u2013 2017 Paso Robles Rose (55% Syrah 45% Grenache) $23.00<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ananda \u2013 2016 San Simeon Pinot Noir $47.00<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We tasted a couple of other wines that are not on their regular tasting menu, like their Tannat (which was beautiful). We were really impressed. Jason\u2019s doing a great job with the wines. Annie and I liked each wine quite a bit and look forward to going back. This may be one of my new favorite wineries in Paso.
