They took over the spot where Anglim Winery was, located at the train station here in Paso Robles. I\u2019ll tell you what, Cypher came in and really changed the vibe in this tasting room. They added space in the tasting room by getting rid of the storage\/ office area and added a large outdoor patio that I look forward to hanging out on.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The day we visited our awesome and amazing friend, Holly, was handling the tasting room for Sam, the owner and winemaker.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s what we tasted:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2017 Evanescence Rose (67% Mourvedre 33% Syrah) $28.00<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2016 Grenache Kiler Canyon $55.00<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2016 Loco (65% Tempranillo 35% Grenache) $55.00<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2016 Syrah Kiler Canyon $55.00<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2016 TNT (75% Tannat 25% Tempranillo) $55.00<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not on the tasting menu:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2017 Ethereal (50% Clairette Blanche 39% Roussanne 11% Marsanne)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2016 Fifth Element (40% Mourvedre 30% Syrah 20% Grenache 8% Petite Sirah 2% Tannat)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2016 Phoenix (42% Syrah 38% Petite Sirah 20% Mourvedre)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Super interesting wines and that\u2019s what Sam is all about. We really enjoyed the Rose, Grenache, TNT, Ethereal, and Fifth Element. Great line up. One of those places where I am sure everyone is bound to find something that they like.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a destination spot. Great for hanging out with friends and watching the trains go by. Thanks again to Holly and it was good chatting with Sam before she had to leave. It was also good seeing John and Kathleen.
