Luna Red<\/a> is one of the spots in SLO that we\u2019ve been to several times in the past. Living in Paso Robles though, we just don\u2019t get there too often. We stopped in on a recent Sunday after Sammy\u2019s flag football game at Cal Poly.<\/p>\n

As usual, it was awesome. The only exception is that the service on the patio in the beginning was a bit slow and I very rarely complain about that sort of thing but I was in need of adult beverages. The service did end on a positive note though.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what we ordered:<\/p>\n

I had the ranchero tacos \u2013 black beans, house made tortillas, roasted tomato salsa, scrambled eggs, whipped avocado. $15.00<\/p>\n

Annie had the duck carnitas hash & eggs: duck confit, potato-onion hash, spinach, poached eggs, chorizo-bacon gravy. $17.00<\/p>\n

Sammy had scrambled eggs, bacon, and a cup of fruit.<\/p>\n

Nothing much to say about the food other than it was great, like it always is. They do a great job at Luna Red. The ambiance, the food, the drinks\u2026well worth a visit if you\u2019re in the SLO area. It\u2019s located right by the Mission, perfect area for a nice walk after food and beverage.<\/p>\n\n\n
