Finney’s<\/a> is a spot I had not heard of until Annie\u2019s mom, Karen, told us about it. After one of my son\u2019s recent flag football games at Cal Poly we decided to go check it out. I thought it was a great spot. The place itself was cool, casual, and inviting. The service from when we entered to when we left was awesome (thanks to Frankie that waited on us).<\/p>\n

Finney\u2019s is full bar with a great beer list and although we only ordered the nachos to share, they were awesome. This is one of the spots we definitely plan on getting back to when in SLO. Anytime we find a spot where you can just sit and relax, we tend to make those regular stops. I used to say that everyone is always looking for their \u201cCheers\u201d, the old tv show that where everyone knew your name.<\/p>\n

Those are the best spots. We\u2019re lucky to have several spots where we just feel at home. Places like Cal Coast Brewing, Naked Fish, Pappy McGregor\u2019s, Barrelhouse Brewing, Tin City Cider, and so on. Anyway, that\u2019s all I got for now.
