I use to think that action always outweighed talk, now I am finding that they are equal in importance for numerous reasons.<\/p>\n
1) If you say you’re going to do something you should follow through with action and fulfill the words. 2) Your actions should match your words; for example, if you say you will work with others on an issue\/ problem then you truly need to work with others to solve instead of carry your own bias (politicians are a good example of this one. 3) As much as I love action, the art of follow through; I understand now more than ever how much you can learn and grow from communicating and listening.<\/p>\n
I still believe you have to have a balance between the two, and too much talk can be exactly that, too much talk. But I certainly see the importance of\u00a0 both talk and action in my life now, how about you?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
