We do a wine blog together, she has a cooking blog, I have this blog which is just personal thoughts, she\u2019s working on her personal blog, and I\u2019m working on one specifically for contractors (people in the trades) and their customers.<\/p>\n<p>So, I have been asked, \u201cWhy did you start blogging?\u201d, several times and \u00a0I struggled with that answer in the beginning. I started blogging because I use to write relentlessly but life got \u201cto busy\u201d so I just didn\u2019t have time anymore. Blogging allows a much more engaging way for me to write and make the time for it. In addition to that, I wanted to be part of the conversation happening around the world, and this is my two cents that nobody can take away from me. The fact that I can write something and maybe only one person reads it, or the possibility of 10,000 people reading it, is quite intriguing.<\/p>\n<p>Bottom line, I think it\u2019s super important to have thoughts, ideas, and opinions. And I think it\u2019s even more important to put them out there and enter the global conversation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My wife and I have three blogs between us, and working on two more; each blog is a different genre.
