Looking back on the past couple years, I\u2019ve seen a pattern of pushing myself out of my comfort zones. I think this is imperative to do if you want to grow, learn, and break the boundaries that you set up for yourself. My life experience is showing me that truly living and appreciating this journey can only be done outside of those boundaries. To be confined by rules, by definitions, only creates resentment, frustration, and disconnectedness from the journey.<\/p>\n
As humans we don\u2019t want to be uncomfortable and we find all the excuses in the world to stay in our comfort zone, but the life we\u2019re missing out on by doing this is a shame. In many ways, I have comfort in being uncomfortable; I think of it as an adventure. I\u2019m always ready to see what\u2019s behind the next curve in the road. Please, do whatever it takes to build up the courage or motivation, go out there and push your limitations. No more excuses, it\u2019s your time!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
