Something I\u2019ve noticed about sh!t talking, is that while you\u2019re partaking in it, it is very hard to be productive. So why do we do it? Probably because it is in our genetic code\u2026or something like that.<\/p>\n
However, it doesn\u2019t matter why we do it, it matters that we know we\u2019re doing it and then making every effort to STOP doing it. There is nothing that halts forward movement quite like living in the past, being stagnant, and focusing on what others are doing rather than what we are doing.<\/p>\n
I have made every effort (and continue to do so) to stop spending so much time being envious or hateful of other people. If your thoughts and words are not positive than you are only hurting yourself and your goals, so the next time you catch yourself speaking of someone in a not so glorious way\u2026take control and focus on the positive.<\/p>\n
All this sounds corny and clich\u00e9 but I swear to you, it does work. It helps you change your focus back to the positive as well as you and the direction you are going. Trust me, I know, this has been something I\u2019ve worked very hard at for the past six months or so and I\u2019m happier now than I was.<\/p>\n
