Answer number one to the above question is fear. Most people fear the what ifs, the unknown, therefore failure is eminent because they never even begin the race. I\u2019ve read a lot about this and much of it makes this sound like a simple hurdle\u2026and it is not! Overcoming fear is complicated for most folks because it\u2019s engrained in our brains, our hearts, and every other fiber of our being.<\/p>\n

Your level of fear is due to how you were raised, your environment, whether you\u2019ve had a lot of support or not, your own specific personality, and so on. So, you can see that for many people the overcoming of fear would be quite difficult. The best way to start this process will depend on how much discomfort you can take at once. For myself, some things have been gradual while others I chose to dive in head first.<\/p>\n

The best thing you can do is start, no matter what it looks like you HAVE to start! Nothing changes without a catalyst and if you\u2019re holding on to fear that catalyst can\u2019t work appropriately. Overcome fear and you\u2019re halfway to a much happier life!!<\/p>\n

Answer number two to why most people fail is not that they don\u2019t start, they are actually quite good at starting\u2026the problem is that they quit in the midst of things. That whole \u201cquitters never win and winners never quite\u201d is pretty darn accurate. Quitters hit brick walls and freak out, they don\u2019t persist through the problems and hardships. Not sure where I heard this but I loved it; someone was referring to brick walls and said they were there to prove\/ show how badly you wanted something\u2026love it.<\/p>\n

The way to overcome quitting is to first realize that is what you are doing. Many people don\u2019t think they are quitting because they use supposed \u201clogic\u201d to walk away from something\u2026stop convincing yourself to give up. You have to be able to power through and risk failing in order to find success. You need to know that WE ALL fail, but you can never find success without that failure, period!!!<\/p>\n

Now, go start the process of overcoming fear and letting go of \u201cquit\u201d!! YOU are absolutely capable of doing whatever you want! Cheers and good luck!!<\/p>\n
