Out at Peachy Canyon

April 14, 2010 matt 2 Comments

Peachy Canyon Winery has been owned and operated by the Beckett family since 1988.  They’ve been making wonderful Zinfandels, along with some other interesting red blends, but are definitely known for their Zins.  The tasting room is a cool little old white schoolhouse and has lots of great finds for anybody that enjoys food and wine.  The tasting list is long, so be sure to go in with a plan!  If you like Zins, ask the friendly people behind the counter to give you some of their standouts; you’ll get a broad range of styles and flavors that are the result of different influences that have affected the vineyards and vintages along the way.  Peachy Canyon is a must-stop for the Zinfandel fan, or just the wine drinker looking for a great place to taste!

Was there last June… a great spot! Love the view of the vineyards behind the tasting room. I bought a bottle of Mustang Springs…
