We got invited to a celebration in Paso Robles…Uncorked Compliance was celebrating their 3rd year in business! http://www.uncorkedcompliance.com/. They had the party at the Paso Wine Center, which is a very cool tasting room downtown. Uncorked Compliance services a whole different side of the wine industry than what we’re used to talking about…they help wineries with all of their alcohol licensing and compliance paperwork. They relieve the headache that comes along with trying to comply with all of the laws that surround making, selling, and serving alcohol. What a cool idea, right? And the party was awesome!!!
