Inside Silver Horse, and Introducing Tassajara Cellars

May 18, 2010 matt 2 Comments

If you’ve never been out to the Silver Horse Tasting Room, you’re missing out on one of the most beautiful views in the area.  http://www.silverhorse.com/.  You also happen to be missing out on some great wines, fun people, and now the Tassajara Cellars label pouring in the barrel room.  http://www.tassajaracellars.com/.  Silver Horse specializes in food friendly Bordeaux and Spanish varietals, they’re big, bold and rich!  Tassajara does a smooth Red blend and a lovely Pinot Noir.  These are two great wines that are worth the short drive up the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail to try.  Take a picnic and enjoy the views!
