Wine and Business Unite in Paso Robles

May 6, 2011 matt 4 Comments

We recently attended the Paso Robles Business Expo (a Chamber of Commerce event) here in premiere wine country and had a chance to chat with a few local business people that we thought would be fun to post on here. We are big fans of supporting our local businesses due to the fact that we own local businesses…and it’s a great community to support.

First up is Captain Katie who (along with her man Tyson) own Uncorked Wine Tours, we’ve actually posted on her before. She rocks and gives a kick ass wine tour, check her out!!

Next up we have John Carson, President (or G.M., is there really a difference?) of Hunter Ranch Golf Course on Hwy 46 East…Hoot has played there and it’s gorgeous, best course in the county. They also have a fantastic restaurant out there…this place is a must for the golf and the food (and wine)!!

Finally we have Zina, otherwise known as The Cheese Lady, and she works out at Le Vigne Winery (formerly known as Sylvester). She did an awesome cheese and wine pairing at the Biz Expo!! We have posted on Le Vigne before as well…great people, amazing cheese, and beautiful grounds (it’s the place with the trains in back)…so go check ‘em out….what are you waiting for!?!?

Just to reiterate, we are posting these interviews here because they have some relation to the wine community here in Paso Robles but also because these are three businesses that are providing amazing products or services along with fantastic customer service!! So this post is a little different than our norm but we thought it was worth sharing a little more about Paso Robles with you.
What are you doing to support your local community??
Cheers folks, and have a great Friday!!

Yes!!! That, and the super cool views of the course while you’re sitting on the patio sipping a mimosa and eating bacon! 😉
