Walking into Poalillo is walking back in time to some degree. The history of this family, pre-wine is fascinating all by itself…but when you hear that there were only three wineries in Paso Robles when Charlie Poalillo started…now that, is mind boggling, especially considering there are now roughly 230 wineries in the Paso Robles area. Susan, Charlie’s daughter, and her husband Dave now run the show and really have stepped up their game….between events, food, music, and down home hospitality…this is simply a can’t miss destination!!
