If they aren’t I’d have to say they are REALLY dang close. When my sister and niece were in town a couple of weeks ago we did a road trip over to Cayucos and Cambria. In the quaint little town of Cayucos you will find the Brown Butter Cookie Company, an absolute must stop if you are anywhere in the vicinity. They let you sample all the goods…which is reason enough to get over there!
While in Cayucos, we can never skip a stop in to Schooner’s restaurant. They’ve got one of the best bar views on the entire Central Coast and the food and cocktails are incredible! We’ve spent more time hanging out at the bar than we should probably admit, but it’s one of our favorite places to relax and take in the ocean air!
