Hey, What About All Those Adventures?!?!?

April 12, 2013 matt 2 Comments

At the beginning of 2011 (yeah, I know, I’m going way back in time here), Hoot and I promised each other that we would complete 50 adventures before the end of the year. This was our attempt at getting out and about more in our beautiful area and beyond and reporting back all of our super cool and fun experiences to you.

Well, I’m sorry to say, we didn’t step up to the challenge! We made it to about 35 adventures before things fizzled out. I would apologize, but I really don’t want to…and this is why:

– We had a ton of fun discussing, planning, and heading out on all those adventures.

– We saw some seriously incredible new places and did some new and different things that we never would have done.

– We potentially inspired some of you to get out and explore and push your own limits a little bit more.

– We started the biggest adventure of our lives; getting pregnant! Yes, Little Browne didn’t come to be until 2012, but the first pregnancy started and ended in 2011, which was crappy, but just another part of the adventure.

So, why am I bringing this up now? Well, because I wanted to remind myself as well as each of you to keep on adventuring!!! Keep on pushing yourselves beyond your normal limits. Do something different, do a lot of things differently, think outside the box, create new limits! We, as humans, have the ability to make our lives as big and exciting as we choose to. So, how big are you making your life???
