Heaven Squared Brownie Co. Introduces Newest Foodie Delights for Central Coast Community

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PASO ROBLES, Calif., October 14, 2014 – Heaven Squared Brownie Co. is pleased to introduce to the Central Coast over 20 unique and artistic brownies. Varieties range from the traditional chocolate and nut varieties to the very eclectic, blending exotic spices like cardamom and ghost chili, garden herbs such as mint and rosemary and other surprising, delightful ingredients. Heaven Squared Brownies will please choco-holics, foodies and everyone who enjoys being happy.

Heaven Squared Brownie Co. is owned by Nicki and Jim Parker. Nicki enjoyed a successful career in the medical field and Jim worked as an IT professional and later in the restaurant and wine business. He also enjoyed a 30-year career coaching high-school football. Their shared dream has been to enjoy life in beautiful Paso Robles, CA. Nicki developed her proprietary recipes along the way, always knowing that her baking skills would lead to this exciting opportunity. The Parkers take full advantage of incorporating local products and ingredients including olive oils, walnuts, cheeses, wine (of course!) and more into their varied line of delectable brownies. “Paso Robles and the Central Coast produce so many incredibly fresh and delicious farm and dairy products.” said Nicki.  “We’re so happy to be able to use them and we look forward to being active members of this wonderful community.”

Heaven Squared Brownie Co. custom makes each order.  While there is currently no retail storefront, their products are available to wineries, breweries, restaurants, fine hotels and bed & breakfast inns, event planners and private custom orders for parties and gifts through their website. Retail prices range between $35 and $39 per dozen based on variety. Heaven Squared Brownie Co. officially opened September 15, 2014.

“Brownies are such fun to make,” says Nicki Parker of Heaven Squared Brownie Co.  “I love to see the big smile on someone’s face when they first taste our brownies. Most of my life has been spent as a medical professional making people healthy. I want to spend the next chapter of my life making people happy with Heaven Squared Brownies.”
