Let me start by saying that I do work with Halter Ranch Vineyard but this is news I would share even if I didn’t.
Sunset Magazine recently awarded Halter Ranch the ‘Best Vineyard Experience’ for the Excursion Tour they give. I have done a couple of tours on the property but not the full Excursion Tour but I can tell you it’s one of the most magical properties in the Paso Robles wine region.
Their commitment to sustainability, the history of the property, and the unique structures (the historic barns, the covered bridge, the winery facility, and the new tasting room that is not yet open) make this a tour that is absolutely fascinating and one you will not soon forget.
