I definitely believe in the power of ONE whole-heartedly; ONE idea, ONE person, ONE action and what can come from that. Often times it is ONE spark that ignites a movement or ONE person that has a vision and follows it through to greatness. As an entrepreneur I have often relied completely on myself to accomplish anything with the thought that, if I want it done right I should do it myself. ONE is powerful, and often instigates or provokes something new…but times, they are changing.
Social media has really opened my eyes, more than anything else, to the power of group think tanks and collaborative efforts. Whether it is a few people coming together to gain financially or simply a group of people brainstorming to help one member of that group. Having an idea, and inviting trusted people in to manipulate and massage that idea truly is an amazing thing to watch and/ or be a part of.
I’ve had numerous opportunities to be involved in collaborative brainstorming via social media as well as be the one to ask others for their thoughts. It is powerful, and often times surreal to see things take flight. I am still very much a believer in the power of ONE, but I am now an advocate of WE, and what WE can do together.

For sure Cheri, I’ve really noticed it come alive (for me) with social media. Seeing people come together from all over the world to collaborate in one way or another. Been fun towatch…and be a part of!!
