We opened another bottle from one of our favorite places: Cleavage Creek. They’re the ones that are huge supporters of Cutting Edge Breast Cancer research and donate 10% of their profits to further that research. It’s a awesome cause and we commend them for all their dedication and hard work! Here’s to all of you at Cleavage Creek!!!
This time the wine was a 2007 Secret White. Yeah, secret. They don’t tell you what’s in it…but they do say that it’s a Paso Robles White Table Wine. Well, you know what that means, right? Yeah, that we have to obsess over what we think it is! We started off thinking that it might be a Viognier or Roussanne based on the floral nose. But when you taste it, that all changed! Sauvignon Blanc? Chardonnay? Blend of something?
Challenge: get yourself a bottle and see what you think!
