Where to Eat: The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar

May 7, 2019 matt Leave a Comment

We don’t make it into The Hatch enough but we made it in recently and as usual, it was another all-around great experience. From the greeting upon entering to Robin, the kick ass mixologist, making great drinks to the great food…always a good time.

There always seems to be a lively upbeat buzz in the restaurant, as well. It makes the whole experience that much better. On this visit we ordered and shared the pimento cheese with chips, Brussels sprouts, and the shrimp and grits. If you haven’t tried any of these dishes, you need to. I’m always a sucker for the pimento cheese and luckily it returned to the menu after a brief time away.

A cool side note, we took our 6.5 year old in there two or three months ago when they had an albacore crudo dish and as many of you may know, he loves that sort of thing and proceeded to eat two orders of it.

Anyways, thank you again to Maggie and Eric (the owners) along with their bar crew, kitchen crew, and the rest of the staff. We always have a great time in there and this visit was no exception.

Be sure to go check them out!
